沥青烟尘测定系统的开发与应用

摘    要:热拌沥青施工温度高达160~180℃,会产生大量有毒有害的沥青烟,危害人体健康,对环境造成污染.基于重量法,选定了对于沥青烟尘有显著吸附效果的吸附材料—聚丙烯吸附棉,提出了沥青烟尘含量的测定方法,最终开发出—套沥青烟尘测定系统,用于沥青抑烟材料的吸附研究.实验证明,该系统操作简单、稳定性好、实验误差小,为系统评价沥青烟雾变化规律,深入研究抑烟技术提供了保障.

Abstract:The construction temperature of hot mix asphalt is as high as 160 ~C - 180 ~C, and can produce large amounts of poisonous and harmful asphalt smoke which harms to human health , and damage to the environment. Based on the gravimetric method, the polypropylene cotton was selected because it had signifi- cant adsorption effect to the asphalt smoke, the determination methods of the content of asphalt smoke were put forward. Eventually a measurement system of asphalt smoke was developed that used for the adsorption re- search of asphalt smoke suppression materials. The experiments showed that the system was simple to operate, good stability and small experiment error, it provided a further study of smoke suppression technique. safeguard for system evaluation of asphalt smoke and
