沥青自愈特性影响因素研究

摘    要:选用延度试验,采用“完整试件与破坏试件”对比试验的模式,对70号基质沥青、SBS改性沥青、废旧塑料橡胶沥青进行研究,探究沥青与改性剂种类、间歇时间及温度对沥青自愈合的影响,结果表明:沥青自愈合能力呈温度和时间的依赖性,即随间歇时间的增加和温度的提升,自愈合能力增强;不同种类沥青自愈合能力不同,基质沥青最佳,SBS改性沥青次之,废旧塑料橡胶沥青最差.

Abstract:By ductility test, using the "integrity and destruction" comparison test mode, the paper studied No. 70 asphalt, SBS modified asphalt, waste plastics and rubber modified asphalt to explore the influence of asphalt and modifier type, intermittent time and temperature on the self-healing capability of asphalt. The results showed that the self-healing capability of asphalt depended on temperature and time, which enhanced with the intermittent time and temperature increased. Different types of asphalt's self-healing eapabilities were different, the best was base asphalt, the second was SBS modified asphalt, while waste plastic and rubber modified asphalt were the worst.
