利用天然沥青调制硬质沥青的试验研究

摘    要:天然沥青是一种高软化点的沥青,利用天然沥青调合生产硬质沥青是一条解决硬沥青生产的途径.对天然沥青调合商品70号沥青制备硬质沥青技术进行了实验研究,研究结果表明:调合沥青的针入度、延度等指标随天然沥青的添加而降低,软化点及PI值随调合比例提高而增加,在优化的调合比例范围内(外加法)(2.0%~5.0%),调合沥青满足50号道路沥青B级要求,调合天然沥青后可以有效改善沥青的抗车辙性能.

Abstract:Because natural asphalt is a kind of high softening point of asphalt, so mixing natural asphalt is a way to solve the production of hard asphalt. The process and properties of preparing hard asphalt by mixing 70# asphalt with natural asphalt were investigated in the paper. The experimental results showed that penetra- tion, ductility of mixed asphalt were decreased, but softening point and the value of PI were increased with the increasing of the mass ratio of natural bitumen to mixed asphalt. Mixed asphalt met the demand of B level of 50 # road asphalt in optimizing mixing ratio range (2. 0% - 5.0% ), as well as could improve the anti-rutting performances of asphalt.
