基于本体论的网络购物模式研究

摘    要:电子商务的激烈竞争使得以消费者为中心的理念越来越得到重视,提高用户体验日益成为关注的焦点。而在B2C/C2C平台上,简单的通过关键字提供商品信息的模式已经严重影响到用户的购物体验。本文通过本体的引入建立一种网络购物模式,使购物平台智能模拟用户购物行为来提高用户的满意度,进而使购物平台拥有一个好的的用户体验和用户黏性。

Abstract:Consumer-centric philosophy and the user’s experience has been paid more attention in e-commerce. In B2C/C2C platform, the model that commodity information is provided by the keyword has a serious impact on the user's shopping experience. This paper introduces the ontology to establish a mode of online shopping, which can simulate the user’s shopping behavior to improve their satisfaction, and thus make shopping platform be have a good user’s experience and stickiness.
