深井重载固井尾管外台肩悬挂器研究

摘    要:尾管固井使用的卡瓦式悬挂器,由于受悬挂套管重量的限制,不能满足深井重载长尾管固井的施工要求。为了解决4700m气探井悬挂1800m?177.8mm(7in)尾管的问题,长庆油田研制出了结构新颖的WXG9×7固井尾管外台肩悬挂器、文中介绍了外台肩悬挂器的结构特点、室内台架试验、大直径试验井的模拟试验和现场工业应用情况。实践证明,该悬挂器具有悬挂可靠、操作方便、成功率高、循环通道大、密封性能好、能上下活动尾管等一系列优点,完全能满足深井重载长尾管固井的施工要求,具有广阔的应用前景。该悬挂器已获国家专利,专利号;ZL95212929.9。

Abstract:The slip-type hanger for liner cementing could not meet the operation requirments of long liner hanger cementing in deep well. To run the 1 800m long, 77. 8m(7in)liner in a 4 700m gas prospect, a new WXG9 X 7 external ledge hanger was developed by Changqing Oilfield. The structure features and bench test in lab were described, as well as the simulation test and field application. The advantage had been shown in field practice,such as rellability and simpliclty in operatlon,large circulating annular, good sealing property and capablity of moving the liner,etc. It was registered for patent with the No. L95212929.9.
