可控负压边喷边钻工艺

摘    要:在钻探油气时,钻井液柱压力低于地层压力(负压)就会井涌、井喷,通过地面设备对其进行有效控制,不致造成事故和损害,并在边喷的条件下继续钻进,以打开更多的产层,就是"可控负压边喷边钻"工艺。文中介绍了该工艺的特点和要求、适用范围、井场布置、工艺操作要求和注意事项。中原油田用该工艺钻成濮深5井(4750m)和白21井(4190m),使地层没有受到污染,解决了长期以来悬而未决的问题。

Abstract:Well kick and blowout would occur while hydraulic pressure is lower than formation pore pressure. The technology involved controlling kick and blowout by surface equipment, so as to continue drilling and reaching more targets, while avoiding accidents and damage. The characteristics and requirments of the technology, applicability, site arrangement, operation requirments and caution werelisted in the paper. The technology was applied in Zhongyuan Oilfield, two wells (Pushen - 5 (4750m ) and Bai - 21 (4190m)) were drilled, formation damage were prevented.
