羟丙基瓜尔胶压裂液的研究及应用

摘    要:羟丙基瓜尔胶压裂液是一种新型的低伤害压裂液,它适合于地层温度为30~150℃的油层进行压裂改造。该压裂液应用于低温地层(25~50℃)时,是采用氧化剂和激活剂共同作用,达到使压裂液破胶化水的目的。应用于高温地层(120~150℃)时,是采用有机硼作为交联剂,使压裂液在高温深井地层中具有较高的粘度、较好的携砂性,与有机钛交联剂相比,对地层伤害减小。该压裂液已在现场应用237井次,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Hydroxypropyl guar gum is a kind of new type low-injury fracturing fluid.It is suitable for the oilfield that formation temperature is from 30 to 150℃.In applications of low-temperature formation(from 30 to 50℃),the fracturing fluid is broken by the oxidant and exciting agent.In applications of high-temperature(from 120 to 150℃),taking organic boron as cross-linking agent,it has advantages of higher viscosity,better prop-carrying capacity.Compared with organic titanium cross-linking agent,it has low-injury.Good econoinic and social benefits have been obtained in field applications of 237 wells.
