硅酸盐工业窑炉的有效能分析

摘    要:能量具有量的守恒性和能质的不守恒性,即同时遵循热力学第一定律、热力学第二定律。热平衡分析法以第一定律为基础,仅对能量的数量进行衡算,以求得需消耗的能量或可获得到的能量的数量,不能真实反映出能量利用的合理程度;有效地分析法以热力学第一、第二定律为基础,考察了能量的二重性,能够反映出能量利用的合理程度,正确指导节能方向以及窑炉的操作与设计。通过实例指出窑炉节能的方向应是减少窑炉内部的有效能损失。

Abstract:Energy has amphimorphic porperties:conservative property of quantity and no conservative property of quality.That is,following the first and the second law of thermodynamics at the same time.The method of thermal balance only follows the first law of thermodynamics,it does not truly represent the rational use of energy in kiln.The method of exergy banlence follows the first and the second law of thermodynamics at the same time.It can all sidely analyse thermodynamics for hot working equipment,and show clearly the perfection of the equipment.Through the examples,it can be concluded that the main direction for saving energy in kiln is to reduce its inside exergy loss
