教学用精馏实验装置数据采集系统的研究

摘    要:本文以化工类本科生教学用的精馏实验装置为研究对象,利用VBMSComm串行通信控件,实现了Windows下以VisualBasic6.0为编程语言的PC机串行数据采集系统的研制。所研制的数据采集系统抗干扰能力强,数据稳定可靠,软件运行畅顺,适合学生使用。本研究成果对提高教学仪器的技术含量,适应技术水平发展有较大意义。

Abstract:The PCI A/D was applied to real-time data collection and control of a heat exchanger system in this paper.The program based on VB6.0 was discussed in order to collect the data of multiple exterior instruments as fast as possible.It was showed that the real-time data collection system was steadier.
