异形坯连铸中间包工艺技术的开发与应用

摘    要:针对莱钢近终形大H型钢异形坯连铸机中间包工艺设计上的缺陷,开发与应用异形坯中间包双定径水口快速更换技术、中间包流场优化技术、中间包控流装置长寿技术等,通过技术集成与创新,形成了具有自主知识产权的异形坯中间包工艺技术,使铸坯合格率达到99.80%以上,中间包单包连浇时间达到36h以上。

Abstract:Aiming at the defects of process design for large H beam blank casting tundish,developed and applied dual sizing nozzle quick changing technology, flow field optimizing technology, flow control device longevity technology for beam blank casting tundish. Through technology integration and innovation, with the formation of independent intellectual property of the beam blank packet technology,the percent of pass of slab reached more than 99.80 %, tundish sequence casting time reached more than 36 hours.
