催化裂化轻汽油醚化催化剂失活原因考察

摘    要:对催化裂化轻汽油醚化催化剂失活的影响因素进行了系统考察。结果表明,轻汽油中的碱性氮化物中和催化剂的酸性及二烯烃聚合是造成醚化催化剂失活的主要原因,碱性氮化物的存在促进二烯烃的聚合,硫醇对醚化催化剂活性基本没有影响。从轻汽油中脱出碱性氮化物和二烯烃可以显著延长醚化催化剂的寿命。

Abstract:The deactivation reasons of etherification carayst was systematically investigated The results indicate that basic nitrates and dienes are the main factors to cause the etherification catalyst deactivation The basic nitrates can promate the ploymerization of dienes Mercaptans have very little effect on the activity of etherifi cationcatalyst By pretreatment,the life of etherification catalyst can be extended remarkably
