摘    要:从氯乙烯/N-苯基马来酰亚胺/丙烯腈三元悬浮共聚的技术特点出发,研究了加料方式对聚合工艺及产物颗粒特性的影响,并在此基础上考察了引发剂体系的影响,确定了适宜的引发剂种类及用量。

Abstract:The effects of feeding mode on the polymerization technology and the properties of resultant particles were studied from the features of suspension terpolymerization of vinyl chloride (VC)/ N - phenylmaleimide (PMI)/ acrylonitrile (AN) . The feeding mode adopted to the VC/ PMI/ AN terpolymerization was one - step process in which all the components were fed simultaneously into the reactor. The influence of initiator system on the time of polymerization was examined, and the suitable type and amount of complex initiator was selected for the terpolymerization reaction.
