自动可调式硫熏中和器

硫熏是亚硫酸法糖厂的主要澄清工序，硫熏强度要达到指定的工艺指标，而且要求稳定。但在多数糖厂由于压榨汁量的波动，造成硫熏强度的波动。该系统是通过硫熏器喷咀的自动调节使之适应一定范围内波动的混合汁量（榨量），从而达到稳定硫熏强度的目的。由于硫熏的稳定，使中和加灰容易控制，减少中和ｐＨ值的波动。

Auto-adjustment for Jet Sulfitator

Sulfitation is the main clearing procedure in sugar mills. Intensity of sulfitation must meet the required value and be constant. But because the quantity of mixed juice from the crushing mills fluctuates, the intensity of sulfitation also undulates. The special system adapts sulfitator to the fluctuating quantity of mixed juice in certain range by the auto-adjustment of jet nozzles of the sulfitator, therefore the intensity of sulfitation can be made constant, the liming is easy to control and the pH value of sulfitation is also constant.
