| Abstract: | Near-infrared (NIR) technology is to use near infrared wave scan samples and analysis by computer then get samlpe's components. It's quickly, conveniently and it can analysis lots ofitems. It's now widely use in food and forage industry, but it hasn's been used in sugar industry now. The author used NIR analyzer scanned and analysis hundreds of crystal sugar samlpes, then compared scan results with lab- analysis results, do some primary research on NIR using in sugar industry. |
