发电机大轴断裂分析

摘    要:通过对断裂大轴的外观,金相组织,化学成分,力学性能及断口形貌等综合分析,认为大轴断裂的外因是轴端键槽结构设计不合理造成应力集中,形成裂纹源,内因是材料的非金属元素硫含量偏高以及切向冲击功值偏低所致。

Abstract:The fracture reason of motor shaft was analyzed by means of shaft appearance analysis, metallographic examination, chemical analysis, mechanical testing and fractographic analysis. The results showed that the external cause of the fracture was the stress concentration from irrational key construction on shaft end, which resulted in original crack initiation under the stress concentration. High concentration of sulfur and low impact energy of the material of shaft was the internal cause of the fracture.
