| 摘 要： | 基因敲除是自20世纪80年代末以来发展起来的一种新型分子生物学技术,是研究基因功能的直接手段,而且在微生物育种方面发挥了巨大的作用。论述了基因敲除的基本原理、几种常用技术及该项技术在微生物育种方面的应用。分析存在的问题并展望了相关技术诸多领域的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Gene knockout,as a newly-developed molecular biology technology since late 1980's,is a direct approach to study gene functions and it plays an important role in microbial breeding.In this paper,the basic principles of gene knockout,several common techniques and their applica-tion in microbial breeding were introduced.The existing problems were analyzed and the development trend of gene knockout was discussed. |
