超支化聚氨酯对以PET为基聚氨酯胶片性能的影响

摘    要:为改善环氧乙烷-四氢呋喃共聚醚(PET)固体推进剂黏合剂的力学性能,采用超支化聚氨酯(HBPU)与以PET为基聚氨酯(PU)相形成半互穿网络,并测试了PET胶片的力学性能.结果表明,超支化聚氨酯可以明显提高PET胶片的力学性能,超支化聚氨酯改性胶片的延伸率最大达650.14%,是相同R值时空白PET胶片的2.09倍.当R值为1.5时,超支化聚氨酯改性胶片的拉伸强度有显著增加,可以达到1.64 MPa,是空白胶片的2.23倍.超支化聚氨酯对PET胶片起到了很好的增强增韧作用.

Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical properties of the adhesives in PET-based solid propellant,the hyperbranched polyurethane was used as a phase to the formation of semi-IPN with PET-based polyurethane(PU).The results showed that the addition of hyperbranched polyurethane can significantly improve the mechanical properties of PET film,with the maximum elongation of 650.14% which is 2.09 times of the blank PET film under the same case of R value.The tensile strength of the hyperbranched polyurethane modified ...
