酚醛-环氧结构胶粘剂的研制

摘    要:论述了酚醛-环氧结构胶粘剂的制备原理及工艺,讨论了影响酚醛-环氧结构胶粘剂的性能因素,在环氧树脂中加入酚醛树脂后,二者形成了一个体型缩聚物,再加入聚砜进行改性,使制得的酚醛-环氧结构胶粘剂具有较高的剪切强度和耐热性,且具有一定的韧性和抗氧化性。

Abstract:Preparation of phenolic aldehyde-epoxy structural adhesive was elaborated and the factors which effect the properties of this adhesive were primarily discussed.Adding phenol formaldehyde resin into epoxy resin,they form to be a steric structural condensation polymer. After modified through polysulfone ,the above-mentioned adhesive has not only high shear resistance and heat resistance, but also certain toughness and oxidation resistance .
