摘 要: | 介绍了不压井修井装置举升系统的构成及工作原理,并通过设计计算,确定了举升系统的主要设计和工作参数,完成了举升系统的液压控制方案设计和液压元器件选型设计,包括泵、油箱、蓄能器以及全部阀件的选型。该举升系统采用二位二通双液控换向阀实现溢流兼卸载的双重功能,省去了节流阀和溢流阀;用三位四通换向阀来实现升降液缸的换向、控制、调速,实现了集中控制。

Hydraulic control scheme for lifting system of non-well-killing workover device |

Abstract: | The structure and working mechanism of lifting system of non-well-killing workover device are presented in this paper. By means of design and calculation,the main working parameters of the lifting system are determined. In addition,the hydraulic control scheme design and hydraulic components selection design of the lifting system are fulfilled,including the selection of pump,oil tank,accumulator and all valve parts. The lifting system uses two-position two-way dual hydraulically-controlled reversal valve to realize the dual function of overflow and unloading,thus eliminating choke valve and overflow valve. The three-position four-way reversal valve is used to realize the direction change,control and speed adjustment of hydraulic cylinder. |
