| 摘 要： | 铝电解槽侧部炭块破损是一种很普遍的现象,影响电解槽的正常运行,严重的会导致漏炉甚至被迫停槽大修。本文介绍了一种侧部炭块在线修理技术,可在线修补侧部炭块破损,对于延长槽寿命以及降低大修费用有着重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Aluminums reduction cell′s side carbon block damaged is a very common phenomenon,which affecting the normal operation of aluminums reduction cell,seriously will lead to leaking cell and even forced to stop cell and repair overhaul.The department introduced a online repair technology can repair damaged side carbon block,which has the important significance to extending the pot life and reduce the overhaul cost. |
