| 摘 要： | 蚕丝的酶精练包括蛋白酶脱胶和脂肪酶除油,其中蚕丝蛋白酶脱胶研究较为系统深入,包括蛋白酶种类的选择、脱胶工艺及影响因素、脱胶产品的质量评价等;蚕丝脂肪酶除油研究较少。文章对这一研究进展进行了综述,分析了蚕丝酶精练的优势及制约因素,指出了进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Enzymatic Scouring of silk includes degumming by protease and deoiling by lipase. Systemic research was done for degumming by protease, including the selection of proteases, the process and the affect factor of degumming, evaluation of the degumed product. Little work was done for deoiling by lipase. Related studies are summarized in this paper, the advantage of enzymatic refining and limiting factor are analyzed, and the trend of further study is prospected. |
