锦纶织物的染色打样实践

锦纶上染速率快、竭染率高,但容易产生上染不匀,色不符样和染色牢度差等疵病。通过打样染色工艺试验,选择上染曲线及亲和力相似,配伍性好且适合生产机台的染化料系列,并从温度、浴比、pH值和匀染剂的选用及用量等几方面来制订合理的工艺;通过规范打样、对色等操作,缩小大小样之间的差异,提高产品的优等品率。

Polyamide dyeing has advantages of rapid dyeing rate and high dyeing exhaustion, but also has disadvantages of unevenness, color difference and poor color fastness etc.. Through process control to sample dyeing, dyes and chemicals were selected according to similar dyeing curve and affinity, good compatibility and matching production machine. Reasonable process was set based on temperature, liquor ratio, pH value and leveling agent. Standard sampling can minimize the difference between sample and bulk products. Therefore, the quality of products can be increased.
