摘    要:分析了旺隆热电有限公司一期工程1、2号炉制粉系统电耗较高和磨煤机启停次数较多的主要原因,通过在制粉系统中加装换向挡板、交叉管等技术措施,使制粉系统得到了优化,降低了制粉电耗和磨煤机的启停次数。改造后,在一定程度上提高了系统的安全性和经济性,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:There are two main problems in Wanglong Thermal Power Company: high power consumption of coal pulverizing system,coal mill shutting off often.The paper analyzed reasons for these two problems.In order to optimize pulverizing system,reducing power consumption and preventing coal mill from shut off,reversing baffle and cross tube were used in pulverizing system.Thanks to the reform,system's safety and economy enhanced in some degree.
