| 摘 要： | 以香樟叶为原料,乙醇为提取剂,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验对香樟叶中总黄酮的提取工艺进行了优化。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:微波处理时间5min、微波处理温度70℃、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1:20。在此提取条件下,香樟叶中总黄酮提取率可达4.13%。
