| 摘 要： | 通过对杭州湾跨海大桥上存在的交通安全问题,提出了解决问题的智能监控系统。系统首先通过处理恶劣天气模块,获得质量较好的画面,然后对视频画面进行背景建模和跟踪,通过前景方式进行判断,最后识别。实际应用证明,系统能够很好地检测到桥面出现的交通安全事件,有效提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the traffic safety issues on the Hangzhou Bay Bridge are reviewed and an intelligent surveillance system is proposed to address these traffic problems.First,the inclement weather module is employed to obtain a better video quality for background modeling and tracking on the video screen by foreground method,followed by the final identification.A good solution to the traffic safety on the bridge event,the system can effectively improve the efficiency. |
