摘    要:钻孔灌注桩桩端和/或桩侧土的性质、桩身结构和强度、施工工艺和施工质量是影响其承载力的主要因素。从设计和施工两方面系统总结了提高钻孔灌注桩单桩承载力的各种有效措施,以确保钻孔灌注桩单桩承载力的正常发挥。

Abstract:The properties of soil on pile tip and/or lateral of pile, structure and strength of pile,constructing technology and constructing quality is the main factors affecting bearing capacity of bore cast-in-place piles.From the aspect of design and construction,all kinds of measures raising bearing capacity of single bore cast-in-place piles are summed up systematically in order to ensure exert the bearing capacity of bore cast-in-place piles.
