摘    要:对微波法提取紫萼距色素的新工艺进行研究。对不同的提取工艺条件下做平行、正交实验考察此方法中的最佳工艺参数。因素相关性为:提取功率料液比乙醇浓度微波处理时间。最佳工艺为:选用80%的酸性乙醇溶液为提取剂,功率800 W,料液比为1 g:30 mL,提取时间60 s。与传统方法相比,微波法具有提取效率高,提取速率快和能量消耗小等特点,应用于植物色素的提取前景广阔。

Abstract:Objective Study the new technology pigment of cuphea hookeriana walp with the method of microwave extraction.Method Do orthogonal experiment,the parallel to the best method of inspection process parameters for different extraction process conditions.Results The correlation factor for extracting liquid materials〉power〉ethanol concentrationmicrowave processing time.The best technique is: 80% of acidic aqueous alcohol extraction agents,the power is 800 W,the proportion is 1 g:30 mL,extracting time 60 s,Conclusion Compared with traditional methods,the microwave extraction method has such characteristics as high efficiency,the quick extraction rate and lower energy consumption,it has a bright prospects when applied to pigment extraction of plant.
