| 摘 要： | 针对一起计量争议的情况,利用自然功率理论对输电线路轻载运行时对关口计量产生的影响进行分析。通过理论计算,得出线路轻载运行时的最佳无功负荷控制,最终达到用户的功率因数在电网侧的计量为1。最后,对输电线路轻载运行时的计量误差进行分析,说明了轻载时电能计量误差较大的原因。

| Abstract: | For the case of measurement dispute,using natural power theory to analyze the impact of light-load operation on energy metering. By theoretical calculation,it obtained the best reactive load control under light load operation,the power factor of user side by line side reached 1. At last,it analyzed the metering error by light-load operation, and illustrated the reasons for big metering error by light-load. |
