摘    要:除了回转式空预器的漏风量,其漏风位置对热风及排烟温度也有一定的影响。以某400 t/h再热燃煤锅炉为例,在热风总量不变的情况下,对空预器轴向进行离散化处理,计算并比较不同轴向漏风分布时的热风及排烟温度。结果表明,漏风位置越靠近空预器热空气出口,热风及排烟温度越高,热风温度的变化越明显,而排烟温度的变化越不明显;在空预器两端漏风和中间漏风两种情况下,排烟温度十分接近,而热风温度差10℃左右。论文的研究结果对回转式空预器的检修、改造及热力计算提供了一定的参考价值。

Abstract:For the rotary air heater, besides the amout of the air leakage, the location of leakage also has certain influence on the hot air and exhaust flue gas temperature. Taking a 400 t/h reheated coal-fired boiler for instance, discretization is conducted along the axial trend for the rotary air heater in the condition of invarible hot air amount. Then the hot air and exhaust flue gas temperature are calculated and compared in different air leakage distribution along the axial trend. The results show that the closer the air leakage positions to the hot air exit,the higher the hot air and exhaust flue gas temperature are. What's more, the change of the hot air temperature gets more obvious and that of the exhaust flue gas temperature gets less obvious. In two cases when air leakage exits in the two ends and the middle part of the air heater,the flue gas temperature is very similar. However,the hot air temperature of the former is 10 ℃ higher than that of the latter. What is researched in the paper has significant reference value in the maintenance,reconstruction and thermal calculation of the rotary air heaters.
