摘    要:
研究了从含锗、铟、锌、铜的硫酸溶液中分离提取锗、铟、锌、铜的全萃取工艺流程。采用P204萃取铟、锌、铜,并用常规方法生产金属铟、ZnSO4.7H2O、粗铜粉。采用N235萃取锗、水解法生产锗精矿。结果表明,本工艺流程简单,分离提取效率高,成本低。

Abstract:
The whole extraction process of valuable metals recovery from Ge-In-Zn-Cu bearing vitriol solution was investigated.Indium,zinc and copper were extracted with P204 and recovered with indium,ZnSO4·7H2O and crude copper powder by conventional methods.Germanium was extracted with N235 and recovered with germanium concentrate by hydrolyzation.The results show that this process is simple with low cost and high separation efficiency.
