低速动平衡在某型号发电设备转子故障诊断及排除中的应用

摘    要:通过对刚性转子动平衡理论的论述,说明了汽轮发电机组低速动平衡有坚实的理论依据。并结合某电厂转子故障情况,进行了有针对性的详细理论分析,采用可移动式平衡台有效排除机组故障。通过实例说明,低速动平衡试验对质量分布发生改变的转子有良好的平衡效果。

Abstract:Based on the rigid rotor dynamic balance theory it proved the solid theory basis. According to the fauh situation of certain power generation' s rotor,detailed theoretical analysis was carried on and the fault had been eliminated by using mobile balance station. Through the example, low speed dynamic balance test for mass distribution changing rotor has good balance effect.
