变压器套管头部过热的分析与处理

摘    要:通过变压器套管头部过热现象从而发现引线焊接不良、引线绑扎不好、套管头部导电杆锁母松动、安装质量不过关、等问题造成套管头部过热,导致引线烧损、导电杆烧结。通过实例分析,有针对性地做了处理,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:Through overheating of the transformer casing head, it found that the bad welding of leads, bad bonding of leads, loosing of casing head conducting rod lock nut, the quality of the installation, and other issues caused the overheating of the casing head, resuhing in lead burning and conductive rod sintering. By case analysis and targeted treatment, good results had been achieved.
