浅谈风电小电流接地保护的必要性

摘    要:风电场风机汇集线35 kV系统接地方式选择不当,将影响风电场和电网的安全运行。介绍了风电场35 kV系统中性点接地的现状,分析了弧光接地的危害,给出了运行风场发生弧光接地的案例。通过论证,风电场风机汇集线35 kV系统采用小电流接地,投入接地保护跳闸功能,实现快速切除接地故障,可以确保风电场和电网安全稳定。

Abstract:Inappropriate earth modes of 35 kV pool line in wind farm would affect safety and operation of wind farm or power grid. In this paper,situation of 35 kV neutral point earthed in wind farm was introduced. And hazard of arc earth was analyzed as well as practical cases. Conclusion was drawn that non-solid earthed mode for pool line of 35 kV wind power generator could ensure safety of wind farm and power grid with tripping of earthed protection.
