超声波辅助萃取玉米胚芽油的研究

摘    要:利用超声波辅助有机溶剂提取玉米胚芽油。选取正己烷为最佳浸提溶剂,研究了超声波辅助提取的液料比、时间、温度、以及超声波频率对玉米胚芽油得率的影响。结果表明,超声波辅助提取的最佳条件为:液料比为10∶1(mL/g),提取时间为50 min,提取温度为50℃,超声波频率28 kHz,在此条件下油脂得率79.19%。

Abstract:An extracting technology of maize germ oil using organic solvent assisted by ultrasonic wave is studied. Using hexane as solvent, the effects of the extracting time, temperature, frequency of ultrasonic wave and the ratio of liquid to solid on the yield of maize germ oil are stud- ied. The results show that, the optimal extraction condition are obtained as 10 : 1 of the ratio of liquid to solid, 50 minutes of the ultrasonic treatment time, 50 ℃ of the ultrasonic treatment temperature ,28 kHz of the ultrasonic treatment frequency, the yield of oil from maize germ is 79.19% under this condition.
