| 摘 要： | 以军品制造业中的生产管理为背景，讨论了企业核心能力的评价准则；应用数据包络分析方法，解决了企业核心能力的评价问题，并对企业核心能力改进提出了有效的建议。从一个新的角度实现了对企业核心能力的优劣排序，并用灵敏度分析的方法验证了它的可靠性。

| Abstract: | With the context of production management in military manufacturing, evaluating criteria of the corporation core competence is discussed. The evaluating problem of core competence is solved by DEA model. And some suggestions for core competence improvement are put forward. The DMUs is sorted from a new perspective and the sensitivity analysis proves its reliability. |
