筑路机械发展30年（上）（待续）

筑路机械行业发展的30年大致可分为大规模引进国外技术阶段、扩展阶段、稳定发展和进一步发展3个阶段；与此发展阶段相对应，技术发展可分为引进消化与模仿开发、自主开发、自主研发和集成创新3个阶段。指出行业内存在筑路机械总量有限、利润率低等几个制约筑路机械发展的问题，提出应抓好关键技术的研究与创新，实现筑路机械的稳定和进一步发展的建议。
