摘    要:双Buck逆变器(DBI)是一种高效可靠的变换器拓扑,但其需要两个电感,且体积重量较大.本文提出一种新型的磁集成双Buck逆变器.通过在DBI中引入磁集成技术来减小磁件体积重量.并采用四绕组集成磁件的双Buck逆变器避免出现额外的环流问题,磁件最大工作磁势和所需绕组匝数均大幅降低,因而磁件体积重量得以减小.实验验证了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract:A novel dual Buck inverter (DBI) with integrated magnetics is presented in this paper. DBI is a highly efficient and reliable topology. But two separated big inductors are used in it. Integrated magnetic technology is considered to be used in DBI in order to reduce volume and weight of magnetic components. But an unexpected bias current will be produced if a coupled inductor is used to replace the two separated inductors of DBI directly. When two integarated magnetics with four windings in all are used,there is no bias current in DBI and the volume and weight of magnetic components are reduced,due to the peak value of magnetic potential is reduced largely and much less windings are need. Experiment verifies those analysis.
