摘    要:采用示波冲击试验及断口形貌分析技术,对液态搅拌铸造SiCp/A359 复合材料的冲击断裂行为进行了研究。结果表明,基体的塑性变形能力、界面结合情况及铸造缺陷都会影响SiCp/A359 复合材料冲击破坏抗力,而基体的塑性变形能力是决定因素。同时,讨论了在AW和AW+ T6 状态下SiCp/A359 复合材料不同的断裂机制

Abstract:By means of the instrumented impact test and the fracture morphology analytic technique,the impact fracture behavior of SiC particulates reinforced A359 composites (SiC p/A359) fabricated by melt stir casting is studied.The capability of matrix plastic deformation,the binding of interfaces and the casting defects all affect the resistance to impact,and the capability of matrix plastic deformation is the key factor.The facture mechanisms of SiC p/A359 composites under the as-worked (AW)and AW+T6 conditions are also discussed.
