基于飞轮储能系统的动态电压恢复器

摘    要:提出了一种基于飞轮储能系统(FESS)的动态电压恢复器(DVR)的装置。其拓扑结构与传统DVR拓扑结构相比,省去了为给飞轮储能单元补充能量而专门配制的整流设备,简化了结构。根据基于FESS的DVR装置的结构特点以及飞轮储能系统的充电原理,提出了一种自充电控制策略,在充电过程中,控制器根据负载和飞轮储能系统的运行情况确定负载侧参考电压。建立了基于FESS的DVR变换的数学模型,设计了同步旋转坐标系下的双矢量控制器。实验结果验证了该装置结构和自充电控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:A dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) is developed with flywheel energy storage system (FESS). Compared with the traditional DVR topology, its topologic structure is simplifiesd by cancelling the special rectifier designed for charging the FESS. According to the structure features of the DVR with FESS and charging principle of FESS, a new self-charging technique is proposed. In the charging process, controller adjusts the phase of the load reference voltage automatically according to the operational conditions of the load and FESS. The state space model of the DVR with the FESS is established, the double vector control algorithm in dq synchronous reference frame is designed. Experiment results show the validity of the topology and self-charging technique.
