摘    要:本文针对目前机械压力机气动摩檫制动器存在的问题,从设计角度进行了理论分析,导出了不同工作条件下合理的最大制动力矩、制动角的计算公式。经试验测定证实,公式计算简便、准确,可供新设备设计和老设备改进参考。

Abstract:For the existing problems in pneumatic friction clutch of mechanical press at present, this paper has made theoretical analysis from the design and finally derived the formulae of the maximum braking moment and the drag angle under different working conditions. According to the testing, the results from the formula are very simple and accurate that can be used for the reference of new equipment design and old equipment improvement.
