大截面汽车板簧用钢的研究

摘    要:利用正交试验研究了碳,硅,锰,钒对弹簧钢性能的影响。结果表明,随硅含量提高,钢的搞弹减性增加,含2%Si是必要的;铬在一定程度上对抗弹减性不利;添加少量钒使钢的抗弹减性显著改善,且在480-0520℃回火引起明显的析出硬化。

Abstract:By means of orthogonal experiment design method, the effect of C, Si,Mn, Cr, V on the properties of spring steel have been studied in this paper Experimental results show that, with the increasing content of silicon, the sag resistance increases, so 2 % Si is necessary, chromium deteriorates sag resistance to some extent The addition of a small amount of vanadium is able to give the steel excellent sag resistance and obvious precipitation hardening in temperature 480520 is observed Based on the experimental results, a new type spring steel 50Si2MnCrV with better sag resistance and sufficient hardenability have been successfully developed, which is suitable for large plate springs
