Development of the Remote Telemetering Software for Ground-water Depth and Precipitation

The software is the core of remote telemetering system, its reasonable design is the key to system function to bring into play. This paper expatiated the development of the software of remote telemetering system of ground-water depth and precipitation. The software can automatically create reports and plot isopleth maps by means of the GIS, and realized the automatization of hydrologic data processing.
