摘    要:为改变手工操作挖掘机的传统格局,自行设计制造了计算机数据采集、处理系统和挖掘轨迹的单板机自动控制系统,并在WS-005挖掘机试验台上控制给定的合理挖掘轨迹,获得了满意的效果。它为进一步研究挖掘理论创造了条件,为工作参数优化研究提供了现代化的试验工具。

Abstract:In order to change the traditional practice in manual operation of excavators, a singleboard microcomputer-based automatic control system for data acquisition and processing of excavating trajectory was developed and was tested on WS-005 type excavator test bench to control the movement of a given reasonable excavating trajectory with satisfactory results. It has provided a situation to further research excavating theory and offered a modern test facility for the optimization of working parameters.
