浙江舟山群岛新区成品油库腐蚀情况的现状分析

摘    要:本文主要以舟山盘峙岛某私营油库和中石化某油库为实例并结合腐蚀理论知识,介绍了我国首个颁布的以海洋经济为主题的国家战略性区域浙江舟山群岛新区的海洋腐蚀环境和腐蚀防护的现状,详细阐述了舟山地区成品油库常用的腐蚀防护技术,探讨了当前主要存在的问题与不足及可能的应对防护措施,明确了腐蚀防护技术对保证油品质量、保护油库安全和促进海洋经济协调发展的重要意义。

Abstract:With the development of the oil industry,the growing problem of equipment corrosion,corrosion work is particularly important oil depots. For reasons of convenience and transportation security perspective,the country′s strategic oil reserves were located in the waterfront area. Linhai depot harsh environment is very complex:temperature,humidity, salt spray and high long sunshine and so on coastal erosion and protection of finished depot posed a severe challenge. Corrosion become a prominent issue in each depot coastal environment must be taken into account,ignoring the corrosive effects of the marine environment huge oil storage tanks will inevitably lead to serious economic losses and waste of resources.
