银-亮氨酸复合膜修饰电极测定去甲肾上腺素

摘    要:利用循环伏安法(CV)制备了银和亮氨酸聚合物膜修饰电极(Ag-Leu/GCE)。研究表明,电极对NE的电化学氧化具有明显的催化作用。氧化峰电流与去甲肾上腺素浓度在2.4×10-7~4.8×10-5mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为1.2×10-8mol/L。修饰电极用于药物中去甲肾上腺素的测定,加标回收率在97.5%~101.3%之间。

Abstract:The Leucine and silver composite film modified glassed carbon electrod(Ag - Leu/ GCE)was prepared. The modified electrod showed an excellent electrocatalytical effect on the oxidation of NE. Under the optimized experimental conditions,linear relationship between values of peak current and concentration of NE was ranged from 2. 4 × 10 - 7 mol/ L to 4. 8 × 10 - 5 mol/ L with detection limit of 1. 2 × 10 - 7 mol/ L. The proposed method was used in the determination of NE in medicine,giving values of recovery in the range of 97. 5% ~ 101. 3% .
