焦炉煤气是在炼焦过程中产生的副产品,主要成分是氢气和甲烷,还有少量烯烃、一氧化碳和二氧化碳等。通过比较两种焦炉煤气制天然气项目,催化剂对反应的影响。利用中泥煤制焦炉煤气,提供合成天然气原料,有待进一步提高技术。

Amalysis om the Techmology Recomstructiom of Coke Ovem Gas - symthetic Gas amd Peat - gas Productiom Process

Coke oven gas is a by - product produced in the coking process,the main ingredient is hydrogen and methane, few olefin,carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide. This article examined two kinds of coke oven gas production project, which utilize different kinds of catalyst in the reaction production. Utilized the peat coal for coke oven gas production,and integration with synthetic natural gas production is much needed,but needs to be further improved to be economically productive.
