螺杆压缩机在焦炉煤气制LNG工程中的应用分析

往复式压缩机用于焦炉煤气压缩技术较为成熟,而螺杆压缩机在焦炉煤气项目中的应用仍处于发展阶段。本文介绍了螺杆压缩机的发展及其结构与工作原理,介绍了焦炉煤气制甲烷项目中螺杆压缩机与往复式压缩机的新型组合压缩工艺,与传统的往复式压缩机提压技术相比具有效率高、运行稳定的优势,提出了焦炉煤气压缩技术的新途径。重点介绍了螺杆压缩机在1.2亿m3/a焦炉煤气制甲烷项目中遇到的问题,并针对这些问题做出了相应的改进措施,提出了可行性的解决方案。

Amalysis of the Screw Compressor Usimg im the Project of Producimg LNG by Coke Ovem Gas

The reciprocating compressor used in coke oven gas compression is relatively mature technology ,and the application of screw compressor in the coke oven gas project is still in the stage of development. This paper introduces the development,structure and working principle of screw compressor,introduces the new combination compression process of reciprocating compressor and screw compressor in the methane project. Compared with the traditional reciprocating compressor technology ,it has the advantages of high efficiency,stable operation,and puts forward the new way of coke oven gas compression techniques. This paper mainly introduced screw compressorˊs problems in the 120 million m3 / a coke oven gas methane project ,and made the corresponding improvement measures to solve these problems,and put forward the feasibility of the solution.
