四氯化硅生产装置冷却器堵塞原因分析与对策

摘    要:分析了急冷器顶部冷却器堵塞的原因,确认为沸腾炉中各种副反应产物、未反应完全的硅矿石粉粒以及焦炭的粉粒进入冷却器后,附着在换热管内部所致。提出了缓解冷却器堵塞的控制措施,并在实践中取得成效。

Abstract:To analyse the reason for the blockage of cooler at the top of the quencher, it~ confirmed that this problem was caused by the various products from side reactions and the particles of the uncompletely reacted silicon ore and coke entering the cooler, and attaching to the inside of the heat exchange tubes. To propose improving measures which achieved good results.
