| 摘 要： | 许多疑难杂症,如癌症、艾滋病、老年痴呆症、帕金森综合症等的出现和跟蛋白质-蛋白质之间的相互作用有着密切联系。蛋白质相互作用抑制剂,通过抑制蛋白质表面的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用,阻断某些病毒与受体的结合,从而起到治疗疾病的作用。综述了几种测定蛋白质相互作用抑制剂生物活性的方法。

| Abstract: | The emergence of many incurable diseases such as cancer, HIV, Alzheimer＇s and Parkinson＇s disease is closely related to the interactions of protein and protein. The inhibitors of protein - protein interactions can be used to block the combination of some viruses and receptors and then cure some diseases by inhibiting the protein - protein interactions of protein surface. Some kinds of biological activity determination methods of inhibitors of protein - protein interactions were reviewed. |
