| Abstract: | This paper studied adsorption behaviour of different-sized proteinmolecules of gamma-globulin,bovine serum albumin and lysozyme on poly-sulfone ultrafiltration membrane.Permeation and immersion methods wereadopted to obtain the amount of adsorbed proteins on membrane surface andmembrane pore surface respectively.The results showed that the adsorptionlaws of the three proteins on active surface significantly differed fromone another on pore surface because the rejection of the membrane to thementioned proteins was different. |
